Bún Chả Hà Thành by Hanoi Corner is truly one of the top spots for bún chả in Ho Chi Minh City. We were delighted to be served by the warm and attentive Ly, whose care made our dining experience even more memorable.

The food arrived fresh, vibrant, and beautifully presented – each element thoughtfully prepared. The grilled pork carried a wonderful smoky aroma and perfect caramelisation, a hallmark of authentic Northern Vietnamese flavour. The dipping sauce (nước chấm) tied everything together beautifully, balancing sweetness, sourness, and savouriness just as it should.

The restaurant’s cosy and inviting ambience instantly transports you to the nostalgic charm of old Hanoi, with décor and service that clearly reflect the chef’s passion and dedication. There are many ways to enjoy bún chả, and the photo below shows just one of the delicious options.

To finish on a high note, the Vietnamese-style crème brûlée paired perfectly with a robust cup of Vietnamese coffee – the ideal sweet ending to a memorable meal.
