Tongren Yunshe Village

Yunshe Village Healing Notes: Taking a Break in a Hidden Village
There is a small parking lot at the village entrance, but unfortunately no charging stations, so if you drive here, plan your energy replenishment in advance. The whole village is not very large, with scattered guesthouses and restaurants along the way, mixed with many houses where villagers live. The air is filled with the fresh scent of grass and trees, and the slow-paced atmosphere is especially suitable for elderly health and wellness stays.

I stayed here for two nights, and the days felt exceptionally relaxed: during the day, I either wandered aimlessly around the village, rested in a quiet corner when tired, or played in the creek and took photos. I also tried the local specialty matcha coffee ice cream. From 8 to 9 p.m., there are special performances in the village. After watching the show, I enjoyed some barbecue skewers by the roadside, and after eating my fill, I slept peacefully. For me, "beautiful scenery with few people" is very important in travel; this undisturbed relaxation is the most precious comfort.

The village has several convenient small shops with affordable prices, so there’s no need to stock up in advance. For meals, I have two personal recommendations: one is "Jiajiale" in the village, which offers flavors that suit the general public; the other is "Shibing Whole Beef" in Jiangkou County, a few kilometers away by car, where a 50 yuan per person buffet allows unlimited, unlimited-time dining with excellent cost performance.
