The coldest place I've visited in recent years, I'm afraid it might become popular

👀
Living in Jiangnan, ancient towns are never in short supply
I've visited many ancient towns in Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Shanghai
But Nianbadu captivated me at first sight
It's completely different from other small ancient towns in the region‼️
It boasts more architectural styles and cultural heritage
And is filled with a unique jianghu (rivers and lakes) atmosphere
.
📍: Quzhou · Jiangshan
🚗: Drive or take high-speed rail to "Jiangshan Station" then taxi or scenic area shuttle
🍴: Yanpi wonton, tofu, copper gong cake are all excellent ~ delicious and affordable
🏨: There are guesthouses and inns in Nianbadu Ancient Town, all quite rustic and quiet
.
✅Nianbadu Ancient Town
An ancient town at the junction of Zhejiang, Fujian, and Jiangxi provinces, combining cultural features of all three. With just a few thousand residents, it's home to people with 142 different surnames speaking 13 dialects - truly a treasure trove of folk customs.
✅Jianglang Mountain
5A scenic area with views that rival other famous mountains. The most amazing features are the Three-Piece Mountain and One-Line Sky
🚶🏻‍♀️Recommended route: Eighteen Curves ➡️ Kaiming Zen Temple ➡️ Huixian Rock ➡️ Rugged Ridge ➡️ Dengtian Platform ➡️ One-Line Sky ➡️ Xiake Pavilion ➡️ Kaiming Zen Temple ➡️ Eighteen Curves
✅Qingyang Village
This ancient village is filled with historical atmosphere. The ancient buildings exude strong Ming and Qing dynasty vibes, and the cultural richness of the Mao Family Ancestral Hall is worth lingering over.

📝
If you have extra time, spend another day visiting Xianxia Ancient Path and Fugai Mountain, both beautiful places with few tourists
Nianbadu Ancient Town
