Yuanrong Temple.

A national 4A scenic spot, located on Lvjian Mountain next to Dangyangyu Ancient Porcelain Kiln, under the jurisdiction of Xiuwu County, Jiaozuo. Yuanrong Temple is one of the 893 temples created by the Buddhist monk Fotucheng, who was praised by the Buddhist community as the "first monk of Buddhism spreading eastward among the people" during the Western Jin Dynasty. It has a history of more than 1,650 years, which is more than 160 years earlier than the Longmen Grottoes in Luoyang built by Emperor Xiaowen of the Northern Wei Dynasty. It is the second oldest Buddhist temple in Henan Province, only later than the White Horse Temple. In 2002, Jiaozuo City launched the reconstruction project of Yuanrong Temple. Now standing on the mountain and overlooking, many building complexes are integrated, which can be called the "Buddhist holy land" of "ancient temples hidden in the deep mountains". Yuanrong Temple is gradually becoming the Buddhist center temple of Jiaozuo City, and the current Yuanrong Temple has already been rejuvenated.
