Step into a Theatrical World! This Jiashan Hotel is a Must-Stay

Guys, I've discovered an amazing resort hotel near the Jiangsu-Zhejiang-Shanghai area—Hongjing Four Seasons Hotel in Yunlan Bay, Jiashan! I spent a weekend there and was absolutely blown away. I just have to share this gem with you all 💖

🚗 Super convenient transportation: Just a 1.5-hour drive from Shanghai, or take the high-speed train to Jiashan South Station and a 15-minute taxi ride to the hotel—perfect for a weekend getaway.

🏨 The hotel is themed around four traditional Chinese operas: Kunqu, Peking Opera, Yue Opera, and shadow puppetry. The moment you step into the lobby, you're surrounded by a rich theatrical atmosphere. The ceiling, murals, and decorations all incorporate opera elements, making you feel like you've stepped onto a traditional stage, immersed in the charm of Chinese culture.

🛏 The rooms are equally unique. I stayed in a Kunqu-themed room with a fresh blue-and-white color scheme, featuring furniture and decor full of classical elegance. Lying in bed felt like being in a Jiangnan water town. The room was spacious, well-equipped, with ultra-comfy bedding and a separate wet-dry bathroom. Plus, there’s a cozy bathtub 🛁—perfect for a relaxing soak.

♨️ The biggest surprise? A private hot spring in the room! After a long day, you can unwind with a soak right in your room—pure bliss. The hotel also shares access to Yunlan Bay Hot Spring Center, which has over 60 therapeutic pools, including milk, red wine, and coffee baths. Your skin will feel silky smooth afterward.

🍽 Dining options are fantastic. Sixi Garden Buffet Restaurant offers a lavish spread for breakfast and dinner, with a mix of Chinese and Western dishes—seafood, desserts, hot and cold dishes—all delicious. Rumengyuan Chinese Restaurant serves authentic local specialties, with exquisite flavors worth trying.

🎡 Plenty to do nearby: Just outside is Four Seasons Flower Sea Park, with seasonal blooms like pink muhly grass, sunflowers, and verbena, plus a pink sand beach, mini train, and petting zoo—great for photos 📸. Nearby, Yunlan Bay Art Museum and Liaofan Academy are also worth a visit for some cultural immersion. A 20-minute drive takes you to Xitang Ancient Town, where the lantern-lit streets at night are breathtakingly beautiful.

💰 Great value for money: Standard rooms start at 500+ CNY on weekdays (slightly higher during holidays). The hotel often offers packages including accommodation, dining, and hot spring tickets, making it a steal.

🌟 In short, Hongjing Four Seasons Hotel in Yunlan Bay, Jiashan, is perfect for family trips, romantic getaways, or girls' trips. Highly recommended! Find a weekend to unwind here—you won’t regret it!
