3-Day Tour of Jiexiu, a Small County in Shanxi

⛱️Must-Visit Attractions:
Mianshan Scenic Area: I went there on the second day of the Qingming holiday. There was a Hanshi Festival event. Try to go early, as there will be traffic restrictions when there are many people. You can buy tickets online in advance, as there are many people at the ticket windows on site. Take the scenic bus from the visitor center directly to the last stop, Shuitaogou, and then travel back.
Zhangbi Ancient Castle: Super magnificent underground passage, partially open, otherwise it is easy to get lost.
🍲Must-Try Food:
🏨Accommodation Guide: Meihau Zhizhi Hotel (Jiexiu City North Altar Middle Road Railway Station Branch, Jinzhong), next to the hotel is a food street with a night market in the evening.
🚄Transportation Guide: On the first day, take the high-speed train to Jiexiu East Station in the morning, take a taxi to Zhangbi Ancient Castle for two or three hours, there are farmhouses nearby where you can have lunch, and return to Jiexiu city in the afternoon. If you have time, you can visit Houtu Temple. On the second day, visit Mianshan Scenic Area for a day. On the third morning, visit Xianshenlou and the museum, and return to Taiyuan in the afternoon.
