An Unbelievable Experience: A Dream Come True

I can sum up my stay in one word: UNBELIEVABLE. It truly was a dream realized. I stayed in the grand royal suite with my grandfather， and we had an amazing time. From service to dining and amenities to the room itself， everything was exquisite and seemed unreal. The highlight of our stay was the staff， who are the most caring I’ve ever encountered. I compiled a list of staff members who were outstanding and genuinely took care of us. They deserve more than just a good review!First， a big thank you to our host Malvika for her warm welcome and attentive care. Her attention to detail and kindness made our stay even better! Ishipreet was much like Malvika—wonderful at heart—and helped me plan a delightful day in Jodhpur. Our palace tour guide， Srikander， was full of knowledge and shared the palace’s rich history with us. He wasn’t just a tour guide; his professionalism and care were invaluable. Srikander epitomizes professionalism and creates a home-like environment.Manisha from the restaurant stood out as well. She didn’t just serve food; she got to know us， making meals feel like family gatherings. Manisha has an engaging spirit， always smiling and making us feel special. We built a wonderful connection with her.Chefs Gourav and Shobhit were fantastic， exceeding expectations with custom meals. Their love for their craft was evident， making us feel cherished. Chef Anushka guided us through a cookie-making session， enriching our understanding of culinary art， while being humble and kind.Mahaveer from the restaurant remembered my specific juice order from one morning， elevating our experience through his attention to detail. Sajjan from the security staff always ensured we felt safe and cared for within the large palace.Housekeeper Hukam Singh was sweet and attentive， and his genuine smile brightened our rooms. Our driver， Bhagwat Singh， was kind and respectful， ensuring our comfort during transport.Kapil， our mocktail session guide， did a great job and even sent us recipes to try at home. In the restaurant， staff members like Aryaan， Raval， Shashank， Saddique， and others delivered exceptional service， always keeping us comfortable and engaged.My only small critique is that staff should keep internal conversations away from guests. I overheard some yelling once， but it didn’t mar our overall experience.In conclusion， Taj Umaid Bhawan is a must-visit. Huge thanks to all the loving staff for their care throughout our stay. Your roles were vital in our experience. I hope the management recognizes how exceptional the mentioned staff are. I've traveled widely and never experienced such service anywhere else.
