Souper Tang is located on ground floor of KSL City Mall. It is very popular among the locals and many Singaporeans. As the name goes which loosely translates from Chinese to Master of soup, it is indeed a restaurant specialised in all sorts of chinese tonic soups. The soups are prepared and brewed extensively until the broth becomes so rich and thick.

We ordered Imperial seafood thick soup, double boiled sharks fins in superior soup which all tasted so rich and full of flavour.

The side dish Stir fried beech mushroom and crunchy lotus root with honey brown sauce is also very good. The mushroom and lotus root is very crunchy and tasty and full of flavour.

The dried scallop porridge with whitebait was okay but nothing fantastic. However, it has a super generous amount of dried scallops that i got tired from eating that many at one go that i had to waste them.

We will definitely return for more soups!
