We stumbled upon this Japanese-style cafe during our visit to Johor Bahru. Its convenient location on Jalan Wong Ah Fook shopping street is what led us here.

They offer simple dishes like curry udon, curry rice, sandos, and Japanese-style brewed coffee. We tried their purin and iced latte. While the coffee was a bit light, I really liked their purin; it's not overly sweet, and you can taste the egg in the pudding.

What we loved most was the atmosphere, which is similar to the Showa-era-style kissaten that you often find in Japan. It can be a bit tricky to locate the shop, though, as it's situated on the 2nd floor of a shophouse, and there's minimal signage on the building's facade.
