interesting coffee varieties

Sobasei does very decent japanese food. The owner told us about coffee during the day time and we came by. I'm surprised how good a set up it is for coffee. There are three varieties to choose from for alternative methods, we took the V60 funnel, Origami and aeropress. Everything was very tasty!

A compliment to the coffee is a piece of banana bread. They also prepare it using a coffee machine, very good equipment. The owner is seriously passionate about coffee and was trained under barista programs in Japan. The interior is beautiful, with floor-to-ceiling glass windows
