Had a pleasant experience.Room was clean and spacious. I love the layout and general design. Staff were friendly and helpful.

There is no breakfast BUT there is a street across the hotel that is filled with many breakfast places.
Parking is available in the building itself but must be accessed via lift. There was a buff guard who helped guide us into the lift often.

Overall it was a great experience and I will come back to this hotel if I staycay in JB again.
