Dinosaur Museum inside Kagoshima Hozan Hall
The large building in front of the statue of Saigo Takamori is Hozan Hall. On the fourth floor is the Dinosaur Museum, which is free to enter.
There are two large specimens, and it's hard to believe they're free! It's empty, so it's a nice place!
