Kagoshima Aquarium near the ferry terminal to Sakurajima

The ferry terminal for Sakurajima is about a 15-minute train ride from Kagoshima Chuo Station. Adjacent to the ferry terminal is the Kagoshima Aquarium.

The admission fee is a little on the expensive side at 1,500 yen, but the exhibits were well-equipped and enjoyable!
Make sure to stop by before or after sightseeing on Sakurajima!
