I visited this restaurant hoping to try black pork shabu-shabu and silver-ringed herring sashimi in Kagoshima. ✨
I don't usually get to eat silver-ringed herring sashimi, so this was my first time trying it. 🫶
It had no fishy smell and was incredibly delicious! It's something you don't often get to eat, so if you visit Kagoshima, I highly recommend giving it a try. ✨
There were plenty of other local Kagoshima dishes, too. 😊
