It was first built in the third year of Tongzhi Period of the Qing Dynasty (1864 ) and rebuilt in the 22nd year of the Republic of China (1933 ) . It covers an area of ​​8,400 square meters and has a construction area of ​​1,253.7 square meters. It is a Gothic building.
