During a trip to Kanagawa, we went to Tonkatsu Tsutsukiuma in Musashi-Kosugi, near Kawasaki 🐷

We ordered the 900 yen Hetakatsu set meal to celebrate the anniversary ❕

First, a mortar and sesame seeds were served to each person, and it was an exciting time to wait while grinding the sesame seeds 🤍

The important thing is that the cutlet is very soft and delicious, and it is recommended to eat it with salt rather than sauce and ground sesame!
