[Kanazawa] Snow-covered Higashi Chaya District

The very quaint Higashi Chaya District in Kanazawa
The streetscape was retro and it felt like I had traveled back in time
The snowy scenery was very beautiful and I enjoyed walking around the city, even though it was snow
The postboxes had a retro feel that you don't see in the city
The snow piled up on them was a very nice sight

There are many restaurants and cafes, and you can even eat gold leaf soft serve ice cream in Higashi Chaya District

It's a sight you don't often see in Osaka, so I thought winter in Kanazawa was really nice

The bronze statue of Maeda Toshiie was covered in snow in a nice way
