Kanazawa Gourmet Trip, Omicho Market

Omicho Market, known as the kitchen of Kanazawa, offers a variety of foods at much more affordable prices compared to other tourist spots! I tried kaisendon and nodoguro sushi at a place called Ikiikitei. I highly recommend trying nodoguro when you're in Kanazawa!

The market offers a wide range of food options and is conveniently located within walking distance of Kanazawa Castle, making it very accessible!

Since mornings are the main time for activity, I recommend visiting in the morning.
