The Bridge Over the River Kwai

Arriving in Kanchanaburi, one of the first tourist attractions that comes to mind is probably the Bridge on the River Kwai. The railway that stretches across the river for about 300 meters is one of the landmarks of Kanchanaburi. It is also a historical train line in the world during World War II.
The highlight of visiting here is walking on the railway tracks on the Bridge on the River Kwai, which is 300 meters long. It is a photo spot and a viewpoint of the River Kwai. The State Railway of Thailand allows tourists to walk on the railway tracks, but be careful of the train signals because there are still trains running here every day.
And in late November - early December of every year, there is also the Bridge on the River Kwai Week, open for tourists to visit.
Address: Tambon Tha Makham, Mueang District, Kanchanaburi Province
