✅Tips for Traveling in Western Sichuan:
🔹Be sure to bring warm clothes or a windbreaker. The plateau is really different from the plains! The temperature difference between day and night is large, and it gets colder at higher altitudes and at night. You can buy a shawl at the scenic spot, which looks good in photos and keeps you warm.
🔹Prepare for sun protection, bring sunscreen, a hat, and sunglasses. Don't be fooled by the seemingly mild sun; the ultraviolet rays are very strong on the plateau, and it's super easy to get tanned! The sunlight there is quite glaring.
🔹Bring moisturizing skincare products, face masks, and lip balm. The plateau climate is quite dry, and if you don't hydrate your face enough, it will hurt from being too dry, and makeup will cake!
