This is a spot I definitely wanted to visit when I came to Kagawa.

The torii gate stands at an altitude of approximately 404 meters.

Private cars are prohibited here, so you have to walk up.

The only way to get there is by private bus.

Climb the long stone steps, turn around, and beyond the torii gate, you'll see a magnificent view of the Kannonji townscape and the calm Seto Inland Sea.

There's a goshuin (temple seal) vending machine.

Ariake Ground Parking Lot (inside Prefectural Kotohiki Park)
