Shibazhang Waterfall, also known as "Stone Palm" and "Ringing Water Cliff," is located 15 kilometers north of Ningshan County, along National Highway 210. It is a scenic spot dominated by natural landscapes. Approaching the waterfall, it resembles an outstretched left hand, with a faint hint of a love line visible, hence the nickname "Stone Palm." In the past, the ravine was densely wooded, and the waterfall's abundant flow was so abundant that the rumbling sound of water could be heard from the ravine's mouth, earning it the nickname "Ringing Water Cliff."
