Minato Shokudo: A restaurant serving excellent amberjack

Minato Shokudo in Kanoya City, Kagoshima Prefecture

You can eat Kanoya amberjack, which boasts one of the largest production volumes in Japan 🐟

The amberjack marinated bowl in the photo is superb!!

The flavor soaked into the plump flesh and it was amazing ♪

Many local fishermen also visit the restaurant!

We happened to be seated in a nice seat with a view of the ocean, which was refreshing 🤗

It was a hearty and very satisfying lunch 🍴
