Visited 'Ume no Hana Buffet Hotaru' in Kanzaki City, Saga Prefecture 🥢

This is a buffet-style restaurant by 'Ume no Hana,' known for its yuba and tofu dishes. You can enjoy a variety of healthy dishes made with ingredients like tofu, yuba, fresh wheat gluten, and locally sourced vegetables to your heart's content 🫢💕

There's a board in front of the restaurant where you write your name to reserve a spot. I arrived 20 minutes before opening and was 11th in line 👀💦

Within the premises, there’s also a bakery and a shop (souvenir store) 🙌

There are several benches available, so you can chat and pass the time quickly while waiting 😊♪

The interior has a calm and cozy atmosphere, as it’s a renovated old Japanese house 🤔

The buffet offers dishes from Ume no Hana, including tempura and curry 😊 My personal favorites were the fresh wheat gluten, Mineoka tofu, and grated yam 🤤

There are also desserts available, and although there’s a 90-minute time limit, I thoroughly enjoyed myself 🙌

Even though I ate a lot at the buffet, most of the dishes were healthy, so I didn’t feel guilty❣️

The buffet area was crowded, so I only managed to take a few photos 😊
