Hanshin Department Store/Chenggong Store B3 (Xu Taishan Shantou Shacha Hotpot). Fragrant and delicious hotpot. Worth recommending.

Tonight, I met up with my classmate Shuyuan for dinner at Hanshin Department Store/Chenggong Store's B3 food court. We chose Xu Taishan Shantou Shacha Hotpot. I ordered the Pork and Cabbage Mille-feuille Pot, which is similar to a Japanese paper hotpot. It's beautifully presented and the broth is delicious. 😋 It's both beautiful and delicious. 😋 My classmate ordered the Beef Belly Set Meal. It comes with a large mixed vegetable platter and hotpot ingredients, including bird's nest dumplings, cheese balls, and fish balls. All-you-can-drink drinks and Hokkaido ice cream are our favorites. It's a delicious Shacha hotpot and highly recommended.
