Today I visited "Little Red Noodle Shop" in the basement of the Zhan Er Ku in Kaohsiung and sampled several of their signature dishes. The famous sesame oil chicken 🐔 was tender and fragrant; the braised pork rice was rich, not greasy, and incredibly flavorful. The hot and sour soup 😋 was appetizing, with just the right amount of spiciness; the fish ball soup had a refreshing, sweet broth, and the fish balls were chewy and delicious. The restaurant's retro, comfortable atmosphere, imbued with an artistic flair, perfectly complements the historic atmosphere of the Zhan Er Ku. It was a truly satisfying dining experience! ❤️❤️❤️
