Hoshinoya Karuizawa

I stayed at Hoshinoya Karuizawa, a resort managed by Hoshino Resorts✨

The room and terrace were so lovely that we decided to have a Japanese breakfast with in-room dining the next morning🥢

We enjoyed warm rice, miso soup, rolled omelet, grilled fish, and several side dishes made with seasonal ingredients🤍

It was an exquisite breakfast, accompanied by the sound of the flowing river☺️
