Saga - Yutoku-san of prosperous business and bountiful harvests

●Name
Yutoku Inari Shrine
●Access
Approximately 30 minutes by car from Takeo Kitakata IC or Ureshino IC on the Nagasaki Expressway
●Points
This shrine is counted among the "Three Great Inari Shrines of Japan" along with Fushimi Inari Taisha in Kyoto and Kasama Inari Shrine in Ibaraki⛩
Beyond the main hall, a vermilion torii gate continues toward the inner sanctuary, from which you can enjoy a spectacular view all the way to the Ariake Sea
In spring, the grounds are decorated with cherry blossoms, in early summer with hydrangeas, and in autumn with the maples and ginkgo trees turning red🌸
In addition, the votive plaque of the left horse in the grounds is said to be auspicious
The character for "horse" is written upside down for the left horse
If you read "uma" backwards, it becomes "mau"
Since ancient times, the "left horse" has been considered an auspicious horse that brings good fortune, as it is reminiscent of the "dance" that has been danced at auspicious occasions
