Introducing Pingshan Scenic Area

Pingshan Tourist Area is located in Jingshi Township in the south of Yudu County, 55 kilometers away from the county seat, 32 kilometers away from the exit of Xiarong Expressway, and 9 kilometers away from the exit of Ning'an Expressway. It has convenient transportation and there are buses directly from the county seat to the scenic area.

Pingshan, at 1,312 meters above sea level, is the highest peak in the county. The foothills, encompassing over a hundred miles, are formed by layers of rock, forming a screen-like peak, crisscrossed with ravines and gullies, home to rare and exotic animals. The mountainside is covered in virgin forest, while the summit boasts 50,000 mu of rolling natural grassland, blending the majestic alpine beauty of the south with the grassland scenery of the north.

Pingshan Tourist Area offers distinctive leisure activities with outstanding features, providing a wealth of educational, fun, and experiential experiences. It features a visitor reception center, dairy cattle breeding areas, milk processing workshops, hiking forest trails, and winding mountain roads. The summit boasts the Jinlianshan Temple, a high-altitude wind turbine, and a European-style resort designed specifically for tourists.
