Cherry blossom season is a busy time, with the most famous spots filled with people trying to get a good view of the brilliant flowers. Last week we introduced you to Kitazawa Ryokudo, a walking path where you can enjoy the cherry blossoms without having to rush. This week we would like to introduce you to Nikaryo Yosui, another spot along the Odakyu Line where you can see cherry blossoms without the crowds.

Nikaryo Yosui is a walking path along a waterway where the spirit of the Edo period can still be found to this day. This beautiful spot is only a few minutes away from Noborito Station on the Odakyu Line.

The cherry blossoms are exceptionally beautiful by the gate where the water comes in from the river. There are approximately 400 trees along the riverbanks on both sides of the waterway, so the area is completely enveloped in pink during the cherry blossom season. Don’t miss this peaceful spot!
