- The bedroom was great! It was large, new, and clean, with ice-cold air conditioning. There was a large refrigerator, plenty of chairs (five), a sofa, and a large table for relaxing.
- The lighting in the room was bright, and the windows were large.
- The bathroom was spacious and clean, even though the white tiles were barely stained.
- Six free bottles of water per day, four free cans of soft drinks per day, and free tea and coffee. Snacks weren't free.
- The entire area is so large, with five or six smaller facilities within, making it easy to walk around. There are plenty of things to do. There are bicycle rentals, badminton courts, and tennis courts. There are only two swimming pools within walking distance (there should be six in total). The playground is quite large, and each zone has spots for walking and taking photos. In short, there are so many activities to do. And because the area is so large, people are spread out and not crowded.
- The view from the pool is beautiful. The pool at the clubhouse offers a panoramic view. The hotel's own pool is located in the middle of the building, surrounded by a large swimming pool. There's shade throughout the morning and evening, so you can enjoy a relaxing swim without worrying about the sun. The view is also beautiful (the hotel's pool is crystal clear).
- The breakfast room has a great atmosphere, with seating along the road in the Town Square area.
- The security is strict, with multiple checkpoints before reaching the hotel, making it feel safe.
- The parking lot and swimming pool are all within walking distance of the hotel, making it convenient.
- The new area in front of the hotel (Portofino) is very atmospheric, making it a great place to take photos in the evening.
- There are a wide variety of restaurants to choose from. There are probably about ten restaurants scattered around the hotel itself. Most are Italian restaurants, in keeping with the hotel's theme, but some offer delicious Isaan food. The prices are reasonable, but the food is delicious.

There's so much to do that you won't have enough time. If it's your first time, you probably won't even have to go anywhere. There are so many photo spots. The room is spacious, comfortable, clean, and new, perfect for both adults and children. I usually prefer the beach over the mountains, but this place is so good I'd love to come back (though I might switch to another area if I can get a better price).
