Kinmen Holiday Travel Notes

After a ten-year absence, I set foot on Kinmen again.
My last trip was a staff trip, and we even took a quick peek at Xiamen.
Besides the tunnels and the tribute sugar factory, there aren't many lingering memories.
This time, I returned to the island because my children were participating in a badminton tournament.
I was surprised to find that Kinmen has quietly transformed—
the tourism style is younger and more accessible.
There are many free guided tours that allow people to delve into history and truly touch the soul of this island on the front lines of national defense.
In the tourist factory, I witnessed the brutality of the artillery fire.
Those shells, transformed into kitchen knives,
still bear witness to the weight of time as they are sharpened.
Technology has also made travel more comfortable. The Kinmen Mobile Travel Service and the Fengshizi Finder app are both convenient and fun.
Young people who were once warned not to visit historical sites
actually laughed and laughed their way through the lion-hunting game, without complaint. Mr. Crab's spicy and savory crab, along with the warmth and hospitality of the Kinmen people, added a touch of warmth to the trip through their casual introductions and sharing.
This trip not only left behind traces of the competition.

It also left unforgettable family memories.
Kinmen is truly a great destination for the whole family.
