I went to Sugawara Shrine in Tobata-ku, Kitakyushu, Fukuoka.

Kitakyushu is on the way where Michizane was exiled to Dazaifu, so there are many "Sugawara Shrines" in the city.

It is designated as a national intangible important cultural property.

It is a shrine in Oyamakasa-juku, which is crowded with people during the Tobata Gion Yamakasa festival⛩️

It is said to bring good luck in academic achievement, passing exams, and warding off misfortune.

It is a small shrine, but it has a great atmosphere.

There is a path leading to the first torii gate, the second torii gate, and the shrine that can be seen from inside the torii gate was also wonderful☺️
