Kawachi Wisteria Garden, located in Kitakyushu City, Fukuoka Prefecture, has been selected by CNN as one of "Japan's 31 Most Beautiful Places" for its stunning wisteria!

Although access from the Shinkansen via Kokura Station can be a bit challenging, the breathtaking view is absolutely worth the effort 🥹.

Since the wisteria season coincides with Golden Week, you might expect crowds, but thanks to the requirement of purchasing advance tickets for specific dates and times, it doesn't get overly crowded ✨.

The garden is situated along a mountain slope, so wearing sturdy footwear like sneakers or boots is highly recommended 👟.

However, there are plenty of benches scattered throughout the garden, allowing you to take breaks and enjoy the scenery at a leisurely pace, so no need to worry 😮💨.
