5 minutes walk from JR Sannomiya Station. Located on the second floor of a building in an alley on the west side of Ikuta Shrine, this Japanese sushi restaurant is particular about ingredients so that you can enjoy the taste of the season.
  
We recommend the "omakase course" where you can enjoy the experience and skill of the craftsman, who purchases carefully selected fresh fish every day and changes the sushi rice to match the toppings.

*Appetizers
Iwa mozuku seaweed from Aomori Prefecture, grilled conger eel and pickled radish wrapped in egg and shredded kelp, sweet shrimp with kombu seaweed. Before enjoying the full course meal, we had some small dishes to enjoy with all five senses along with some sake.

*Sashimi
Striped horse mackerel, flounder, and sea bream. Enjoy the crunchy, fresh texture and umami of the ingredients. Enjoy with ponzu and soy sauce. The striped horse mackerel topped with plenty of sweet wasabi and soy sauce is particularly delicious.

*Grilled dish
Wakasa-yaki barracuda. ​​A dish slowly grilled while being brushed with delicate Wakasa sauce. The umami of the barracuda is highlighted, and you can enjoy the plump barracuda with a good amount of fat.

*Stew
Fried white sweet bream with pine cone. The crispy and crunchy texture of the scales is addictive. You can also enjoy the soft and fluffy meat.
