A dim sum cafe and Chinese bar on the second floor of umie mosaic, a 5-minute walk from JR Kobe Station. You can enjoy Chinese food and dim sum that can be enjoyed by a wide range of generations.

This time, we had a private party, so we enjoyed a buffet style meal instead of the usual menu.

- Zha cai & Chinese jellyfish
- Shrimp crackers
- Xiaolongbao & shrimp dumplings
- Fried chicken
- Sweet and sour pork with black vinegar
- Shrimp mayonnaise with plenty of vegetables
- French fries
- Fried rice

Ume Kouran's pride is its special xiaolongbao. The thin skin is so thin that it won't break even when you pick it up with chopsticks, and the juicy meat juices and soup with a delicious filling overflow in your mouth.

We enjoyed healthy Chinese food, such as sweet and sour pork with lots of vegetables. The freshly fried shrimp crackers are also delicious.

The regular menu includes the "Umekoran Set 1738 yen," which allows you to enjoy popular dishes on a plate, and other affordable and delicious Chinese dishes.
