[Panoramic view of Kobe city] Mount Rokko

You can take the ropeway from Arima Onsen Station to the summit.
Apparently it gets very crowded during the fall foliage season, but when I went in May, I was able to ride the ropeway without waiting.
The summit is spacious and relaxing.
There are plenty of photo spots, and on nice days, the sunlight filtering through the trees makes for beautiful shots.
There's also a cafe where you can take a short break and enjoy a cup of tea while admiring the natural scenery.★
