This time, I ordered

・Sesame miso petal char siu (990 yen)

➕Large serving of green onions (110 yen)

・Tonkots Hime petal char siu (1045 yen)

➕Seasoned egg (120 yen)

For the mogu kayu, I had the sesame miso petal char siu.

The char siu is shaped like a petal and is gorgeous!

The soup has the richness of miso and fragrant sesame.

It contains meat miso, bean sprouts, corn, etc.

The soft char siu has little fat and can be eaten surprisingly easily.

And the large serving of green onions goes really well with it🙆♀️
I'm glad I topped it☺️
If you're hungry, it's a flavor that definitely goes well with rice.

To change the flavor, they had seaweed, garlic, chives, and more.

Minatoken even offers a free refill of noodles!

I had a sip of the Tonkotsu Hime Hanabira Char Siu soup, which was a creamy potage-like soup with an addictive taste.

Other Minatoken dishes included the classic Tonkotsu King series and Abura Soba!
Next time, I'll try the gyoza too🙆♀️
