[Kobe] Excitement! Splash Fantasia 2024

Participation is free. With the Kobe Port Tower in the background, the lights and splashes begin in time with the music. There was a puddle in front of me, so I was completely soaked. I thought it would be okay, but the water started to spread out at the end and I got soaked. Once the first show is over, the next show starts in 15 minutes, so there's no need to line up hours in advance to get a spot. This is the summer water festival, held for the first time in five years. It's a highly recommended event.
