If you're heading out to Rokko Garden Terrace on Mt. Rokko, we'd like to introduce you to the Observation Terrace & Observation Tower, a must-see photo spot. The view of Kobe city from the hilltop is a must-see! The European-style building houses a souvenir shop and a cafe.
It's close to the second and third parking lots, but it's only a five-minute walk from the first parking lot. It's a one-day tour, so you can move around freely!
