Kobe beef is a must-try on a trip to Kobe 🐄

There are many restaurants in Kobe where you can eat Kobe beef, but the one I recommend is Aka Noren, a long-established Kobe beef restaurant founded in 1906.

This time I had the Hitsumabushi lunch, and the meat was tender and delicious!

It comes with condiments and special soup stock, so you can enjoy changing the flavor and you'll be very satisfied until the end ☺️
