Explore Kobe's natural spots

📍Kitayama Park

A park in Kitayama-cho that is like a lush mountain. To explore the entire park, you should prepare for a walk...or rather, a mountain hike.

You can enjoy a nature walk while watching birds landing on the natural trees, carp swimming in the pond, and insects landing on seasonal flowers up close.

You might even be surprised to find boar footprints! From the observation point with its many rocks, you can get a beautiful view of the city. In the southwestern part of the park, there is the Kitayama Green Botanical Garden, which has a greenhouse.

📍Kabutoyama

Kabutoyama is a beloved symbol of the Nishinomiya area.

In addition to being the starting point for climbing Mt. Kabutoyama Forest Park, you can also enjoy daily walks, hiking, walking, jogging, nature observation, and bird watching.

📍Nunobiki Falls
Nunobiki Falls is a waterfall located in the middle reaches of the Ikuta River on the mountain side of Shin-Kobe Station. It has been selected as one of the "100 Best Waterfalls in Japan," and is considered one of the "Three Great Divine Waterfalls of Japan" along with Nachi Falls (Wakayama Prefecture) and Kegon Falls (Tochigi Prefecture).

📍Mt. Rokko
A popular night view spot in Kobe.
The top of Mt. Rokko is dotted with observation spots overlooking the cities of Kobe and Osaka, and the panoramic view is breathtaking.
