Nunobiki Herb Garden

The ropeway starts operating at 9:30, but the herb garden at the summit opens at 10:00, so everyone stays there without moving.
Even before boarding the ropeway, the scent of herbs is soothing. The view of Kobe city from the ropeway is amazing, and you can see Nunobiki Falls along the way.
