For anyone who has a plan to visit Koh Chang and wants a quiet, private, and shady place to stay, Fern would like to recommend this place, Mercure Koh Chang Hideaway, a 4-star resort located almost at the end of Ao Bai Lan. It is a small beach in the south of Koh Chang, about 30 minutes from the Koh Chang ferry pier. The resort is quite far from the pier, just like the name Hideaway, but it has a very private atmosphere. There is a private beach for swimming and a green swimming pool that blends in with nature. It's so good that you want to stay for another week.

There is also a Starbucks cafe on the beach. It's a great way to drink Starbucks coffee with a beautiful view.

This is another place that Fern would like to recommend. For those who come to visit Koh Chang and want peace and quiet, this is the answer.
