Koh Lipe, Satun Province 🇹🇭

This was our second time visiting Koh Lipe. This trip was during the time when the COVID-19 lockdown was lifted domestically, allowing domestic flights to operate as normal. Upon arriving on the island, we found very few Thai and international tourists, almost none at all. Many of the accommodations, shops, and restaurants we'd seen bustling with were closed, perhaps because we were visiting during the low season.
Plus, the country was currently under COVID-19 lockdown, so this trip felt a bit deserted. But it was a relaxing getaway with friends, even with the island closed. The photos looked like we were the only ones there. It was absolutely amazing!

Getting there:
✈️ Fly to Hat Yai.
🚙 Take a van or private car to Pak Bara Pier in Satun Province. The journey takes about 2 hours.
🚤 Take a speedboat to Koh Lipe, which takes about an hour.
