My favorite visa-free island that not many people know about has arrived! 🏝️
Compared to the famous Phuket, I prefer Koh Lipe, a hidden gem in Thailand that is not often talked about. 🏝️
This place is stunning, with fewer crowds. Even without swimming, you can experience the crystal-clear, jelly-like blue sea shimmering under the sunlight. The sand at Sunrise Beach is as fine as powder, perfect for a relaxing stroll. Truly a hidden gem ideal for a short getaway.

⛴️ About the journey
❶ From Hat Yai, Thailand: A 3-4 hour trip by car and boat.
❷ From Langkawi, Malaysia: A 1.5-hour speedboat ride, excluding immigration clearance time.

⚠️ Tips
Ladies, beware! Don’t let your long-awaited island trip coincide with your period. If you experience menstrual cramps, it can be quite unpleasant. In such cases, consider "period postponement." If you plan to do this, make sure to plan ahead. 👉 How to use:
Start taking Yasmin on the first day of your cycle, one month before your trip, and continue until you return. Your period won’t come during this time. After stopping the pills, your period will usually return within 2-3 days.

🏝️ Koh Lipe Beaches
❶ Sunrise Beach: A perfect spot to watch the sunrise amidst stunning sunlight reflecting on the sea. The white, fine sand and crystal-clear water are breathtaking.
❷ Seethesunset: A beautiful white sandy beach ideal for watching the sunset. There’s also a fire dance show after sunset.
❸ Pattaya Beach: Surrounded by numerous restaurants, bars, and shops, offering a vibrant nightlife. Although it’s more crowded, it still provides a lively atmosphere for relaxation.
❹ Sunrise Beach: Also great for watching the sunset, though it’s a bit farther out. The sunset paints the sea and sky red in the evening.

🚣 Recreational Activities
Kayaking
Rent a kayak near Sunrise Beach on Koh Lipe. Prices are 150 THB per hour and 250 THB for 2 hours. The photo above was taken while kayaking to Koh Kra.
Sea Fishing
Kayak tour services are available at the kayak shop (9:00 AM - 4:00 PM, morning fishing, afternoon snorkeling). Prices are 3,500 THB for 2 people and 4,500 THB for 5 people. Each boat comes with 4 fishing rods.
Day Trip Snorkeling Tour (Route B)
Hin Son Island → Bulow Island → Kamnan Bay → Luko Island → Monkey Bay → Pang Island → Hin Ngam Island → Jabang Channel (Red Coral).
