Snorkeling at Surin Islands @ Phang Nga

Hello everyone, once I had the opportunity to travel to the South, Phang Nga Province, I had the opportunity to go scuba diving at the Surin Islands. Let me tell you that they are not open for visitors all year round. They have a period of time when the park is closed for renovation. Anyone who is interested in scuba diving, don't forget to check the information about the opening and closing of the park before going. Otherwise, you will miss the opportunity to scuba dive and see the coral reefs.

To travel to the Surin Islands, we will travel by speedboat. We will take the boat from the starting point at Kuraburi District. Then we have to take the speedboat for another 40 minutes to 1 hour. Let me tell you first that the sun is very strong. Anyone who is going to travel, I recommend bringing lots of sunscreen.

After we took the speedboat to the Surin Islands, there will be a beach and an island where locals live. I want everyone to try visiting. It is like another new place that we should go to open our eyes and see.

When we had the chance to come here, we chose to stay at the park. Let me tell you that there are packages for scuba diving that can be a day trip, but my friends and I chose to stay overnight in the park. There are many types of accommodations available in the park. There is a camping ground and there are accommodations. We can choose. But if you go during the high season, I recommend booking in advance or it will be full for sure.
