WOO BAR W Retreat Koh Samui

This bar is not only a scenic viewpoint, but also a highlight of the hotel, a must-see for anyone staying there. There are only four circular seats, so make sure to book. We booked afternoon tea and dinner both days.
The afternoon tea was the same on both days. 😅 Almost everything was delicious, except for two things I didn't like (the sandwich and the fish roe biscuit).

First Day's Dinner
• Large pork chop with a slightly sour berry sauce. I didn't think it would go well together, but it was delicious.
• Grilled Snow Fish. From the menu description, I understood the soba and soup were side dishes. They came in a generous portion. It was like eating soba with broth topped with grilled snow fish. The fish was perfectly grilled. The soba was delicious, but the soup was only lukewarm. It would have been even better if it were hot.

Second Day's Dinner
• Steamed Fish with Lime Sauce
• Tom Yum Goong
• Crab Fried Rice with Shrimp Fat
The Tom Yum and Steamed Rice with Lime Sauce were spicy, typical of a hotel. A bit mild for my taste, but delicious.

Recommended time to enjoy the view is from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Before 5 p.m., the sun is still strong. After 7 p.m., it's pitch black. Don't even mention the view. I can't even see the food in front of me 🤣
