Introducing Five Miles Flying Rainbow

Wulidun Interchange is located in the western part of Hefei City, at the junction of Changjiang West Road, Tunxi Road and Hezuohua Road, 2.6 kilometers away from the city center. It is the first high-standard highway interchange in Anhui Province and has become a magnificent landscape on Hefei's First Ring Road.

This overpass has three levels above ground and one underground level, covering 40,000 square meters and occupying 8.9 hectares. It is a four-level interchange with double "Y" directional ramps and circular ramps, radiating from five intersections to accommodate traffic in 17 directions. The entire bridge boasts a novel and elegant design, with a beautiful and flowing form, comprehensive functionality, and a majestic and imposing presence. The highest level, the Gaoliang Bridge, rises 21 meters above the ground level and is over 1,100 meters long. The crisscrossing structure of the bridge, like dozens of giant dragons turning over the river and sea, creates a sense of beautiful movement, earning it the nickname "Five-Li Flying Rainbow."

The Wulichang Interchange Bridge has an investment of more than 200 million yuan. It has now become an "image-building project" that adds luster to Hefei City and even Anhui Province. It is also an important symbol of Hefei's progress towards becoming a modern metropolis.
