Paradise Island of Samui

Tarnim Magic Garden, also known as "Secret Buddha Garden" or "Tarnim Waterfall," is a hidden sculpture garden located on Pom Mountain in the heart of Koh Samui. It was founded by Nim Thongsuk, a former durian farmer, who began creating it in 1976 at the age of 77 and continued until his passing. The garden features various sculptures, including Buddha statues, angels, deities, musicians, mythical creatures, and statues of Nim with his parents.

The garden is adorned with a small waterfall and stream that flow through, creating a tranquil atmosphere. Covered in moss and vines, the garden exudes an ancient and mysterious charm. Situated approximately 500 meters above sea level, it offers cool weather and stunning views of Koh Samui. Entrance fees typically range from 40–80 baht per person (free for some Thai visitors, 80 baht for foreigners).
